1. Website Use
Our website provides information about STILO, our salon services, head spa experiences, esthetic services, team, appointment booking options, and related offerings.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or functionality.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or features when necessary.

3. Online Booking Through Phorest
STILO uses Phorest, a third-party salon management and booking platform, to manage online appointments.
Our website may link directly to Phorest or display an embedded Phorest booking interface.
When booking an appointment, you may be required to provide contact information, create or access a guest account, complete relevant forms, and provide a valid payment method.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and review the service details, pricing, and applicable appointment policies before confirming.
Phorest may have additional terms and privacy practices governing its technology and services.
STILO is not responsible for temporary outages or technical interruptions affecting Phorest or other third-party systems.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be communicated at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 charge to the card on file.
No-shows will be charged $100.
All appointments require a credit card on file to uphold this policy.
Reserved Services and Changes
The service you book is the service you are reserving time for and will be charged for. If you decide to change to a lesser service once you arrive, you will still be charged for the original appointment booked.
This applies to all Head Spa experiences.
Repeated Cancellations
After two canceled appointments, online booking will no longer be available. You will need to contact the salon directly to schedule and will be required to pay a 50% deposit toward your service total.
If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out before confirming your appointment.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to honor the time of both our guests and our team.
5. Payments and Deposits
A valid payment card is required to secure appointments.
Payments, deposits, and applicable cancellation or no-show charges may be processed through Phorest and its authorized payment processing services.
Where a deposit or prepayment is required, the applicable amount will be communicated during the booking process or when scheduling directly with STILO.
Any deposit terms, including whether a deposit is refundable or transferable, will be governed by the conditions disclosed at the time of booking and applicable law.
By confirming a booking, you authorize applicable charges consistent with the terms presented to you during the booking process, subject to applicable law and payment authorization requirements.
6. Gift Cards
STILO offers gift cards that may be purchased through our designated purchasing channels, including Phorest.
Gift cards may be applied toward the cost of any STILO service.
If the cost of a service exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
Gift card balances and redemption are subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase.
Any expiration date or other restrictions must comply with applicable federal and state law.

7. Consultations and Service Suitability
Certain salon, head spa, and esthetic services may require a consultation or intake form before an appointment.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about allergies, sensitivities, scalp or skin concerns, previous treatments, and other circumstances that may affect service suitability.
Our team may recommend modifications, postponement, or an alternative service when appropriate for guest safety or service quality.
STILO reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service when there is a reasonable health, safety, or professional concern, subject to applicable law.
8. Wellness and Health Information Disclaimer
STILO provides professional salon, scalp care, head spa, esthetic, and wellness-focused services.
Information presented on our website regarding scalp health, hair care, skin care, relaxation, stress, or general wellness is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
