Timing and pricing for New Guest sessions are slightly different than Existing Guest maintenance sessions as they ensure we have ample time for a thorough consultation and create a plan for today and all future appointments.

Salon Policies & Guest Information
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. For no-shows, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
If we are unable to perform your scheduled service due to circumstances outside of STILO's control, additional fees may apply, subject to applicable law.
