The Root Refresh
Perfect for guests maintaining gray coverage or a single-process color every 4–8 weeks.
Designed to maintain consistent color coverage while refreshing new growth between appointments. Best for guests with 2 inches or less of regrowth.

Cancellation & No Show Policy
Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be communicated at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 charge to the card on file. No-shows will be charged $100. All appointments require a credit card on file to uphold this policy.
The service you book is the service you are reserving time for and will be charged for. If you decide to change to a lesser service once you arrive, you will still be charged for the original appointment booked. This applies to all Head Spa experiences.
After two canceled appointments, online booking will no longer be available. You will need to contact the salon directly to schedule and will be required to pay a 50% deposit toward your service total.
