You don't need previous head spa experience. We provide comprehensive training through our Signature Head Spa Certification Program, where you'll learn scalp health, massage techniques, guest care, and our restorative service philosophy.

Stilo is a sanctuary for holistic haircare and restorative head spa experiences. We blend organic, low-tox color with meditation, breathwork, massage, and ritual to support the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe talented professionals deserve a compensation plan that rewards both commitment and growth. We use a Performance Impact Compensation Scale based primarily on your service production. As your business grows, your earning potential grows with it.
Our Compensation Includes:
+ 40–60% service commission with quarterly performance evaluations
+ Retail commission
+ Paid vacation after one year
+ Unlimited unpaid time off

+ All color, backbar, and tools provided

What Does Success Look Like at STILO?
Our established stylists are currently averaging $10,000+ per month in service sales before retail earnings. Of course, every stylist's journey is different, and income depends on factors like schedule, experience, demand, and goals. Through coaching, mentorship, and a personalized growth plan, our goal is to help every team member build a thriving, sustainable career.

Through our Co-Stylist Program and Head Spa Certification Program, you'll receive hands-on education in technical skills, guest experience, communication, and the intentional service standards that make Stilo unique.

The Stilo Signature Training
Every stylist who joins Stilo completes our 30-Day Signature Training Program. You'll learn the service standards, guest experience practices, and intentional rituals that create the care-focused experience we're known for.​ Our goal is simple: to build confidence, consistency, and the ability to serve every guest with excellence.
Head Spa Certification Program
Through our six-week Head Spa Certification Program, you'll learn the science of scalp health and the techniques behind our signature experiences. From scalp analysis and treatment protocols to massage, cleansing, and guest care, you'll gain the skills and confidence to deliver transformative results.
Co-Stylist Program
Our Co-Stylist Program is designed to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and a thriving career behind the chair. Through personalized mentorship, hands-on training, and daily support from an educator, you'll refine your consultation, cutting, coloring, styling, and guest care skills while building confidence every step of the way. As your skills develop, you'll begin working with your own guests through our Co-Stylist Program, allowing you to gain real-world experience behind the chair while continuing to receive guidance, coaching, and support from your educator. This approximately nine-month program is designed to prepare you for long-term success as a Stilo stylist.
