Cancellation Policy
I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too.  In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify the salon no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.  Failure to notify me in time will incur a cancellation fee of  $50.00.   Additionally, if you fail to cancel and do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full amount of service booked. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged to your card on file of what scheduled services were valued at. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment. 

Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late it will be at the discretion  the scalp specialist/hair stylist to either cut your appointment by 15 minutes or cancel it.
